This weekend Lucy is going to the watch her dad run the St. Pat's race and then she's going to be at the parade.
She needed an appropriate collar.
I found a spool of Shamrock ribbon at the craft store that I liked and a plain green collar at the pet store.
With a little fabric glue I attached the ribbon right down the center.
Almost instantly, Lucy's had a new collar!
My cute little model posing for the camera. That's her good side.
Aww, that's cute! I think I have that ribbon too and I made pattern magnets out of it. Happy St. Pat's Day!
ReplyDeleteCu-ute! I'm going to have to see if I can find some ribbon and 3 green collars for our Yorkies.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ladies- it was one of those quick, easy satisfying projects.
ReplyDeleteJane- pattern magnets sound really interesting! I have a lot of that ribbon left... maybe I can made some magnets with it.
Sweet idea! Lucy looks quite pleased with it. :-)
ReplyDeleteSuch fun! Bella wants one now!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ann- Lucy actually does get pretty excited about a new "necklace". I think it's because we make such a big deal about it telling her how pretty she is. (It's either that or her fashion sense). LOL
ReplyDeleteJoanne- this was totally easy. Bella could have one in about 5 minutes! And I know she'd look so cute with a ribbon accented "necklace"!
