Thanks Ann- Lucy actually does get pretty excited about a new "necklace". I think it's because we make such a big deal about it telling her how pretty she is. (It's either that or her fashion sense). LOL

Joanne- this was totally easy. Bella could have one in about 5 minutes! And I know she'd look so cute with a ribbon accented "necklace"!
