This was our perfect waterfront view complete with a few resident geese.
Spending such a lovely day with the hubby, relaxing and making art in the park was wonderful. I think we all have those moments when we'd like to change the day we're having, or feel unlucky- the "why me" moments. But today I was fully appreciating (and thankful for) the moment.
That sounds perfectly lovely. There really is something to art and the outdoors.
ReplyDeleteI'm part of my local village association, and Sunday we're hosting an event called Artists & Authors in the park...can't wait!
Thanks for leaving me a comment Tanya. What a great name for an event- makes me wish I was part of your village association so that I could go!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great time!

ReplyDeleteI just pictured myself having the perfect day and I realized it's pretty easy... kind of. A lovely mister (check), a lovely place to hang around (check) and artistic aspirations (..check?) My next day off will be spent in the park, thank you for the inspirations! I love your artwork. It's whimsical!
